Celltrion Healthcare Canada Ltd. is committed to respecting human rights and preventing forced labour and child labour across our operations and supply chains.


Pursuant to Canada’s Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act (the “Act”), we have prepared our inaugural 2025 Modern Slavery Statement. The Statement outlines our approach to identifying, assessing and addressing potential risks related to forced labour and child labour within our operations and supply chains, including our governance framework, risk assessment activities, supplier engagement efforts and employee training initiatives to strengthen awareness and management of human rights risks.


In accordance with the requirements of the Act, the Statement was approved by our governing body, signed by an authorized representative and submitted to Public Safety Canada. The report is published on this website to support transparency and public accessibility regarding our human rights approach and related practices across the value chain.
