Celltrion Healthcare Canada Human Rights Commitment Statement

At Celltrion Healthcare Canada (hereinafter “Celltrion Canada”, “Company” or “We”), we recognize our responsibility to respect and promote human rights across our operations and value chain. We commit to integrating these principles into our decision-making, business practices, and corporate governance, ensuring that all individuals involved in or affected by our business are treated with dignity and respect.

We uphold international principles and standards, including but not limited to the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (“UNGP”), OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, the International Bill of Human Rights, the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work (“ILO”). We also commit to complying with labour-related legal frameworks in Canada and globally, including the Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act.

In alignment with these principles and standards, we commit to :

Prohibit abuse of vulnerability based on limited education, migration status, disability, or other personal circumstances

Prevent deception by providing clear, accurate information and ensuring all workers receive the conditions and terms agreed at the start of their employment

Ensure workers' freedom of movement at all times

Avoid isolation by ensuring workers are not confined to remote locations or accommodation, and have access to communication, family, and support workers

Apply a zero - tolerance policy to all forms of physical and sexual violence, intimidation, threats, or psychological coercion against workers or their families

- Ensure workers can freely access their personal documents, including passports, and that no personal documents are retained

Maintain fair and transparent employment terms, including, wages, benefits, and working conditions, without withholding wage or imposing debt bondage

Provide safe and decent working and living conditions for all workers, preventing them from being forced to remain in degrading, unsanitary, or hazardous conditions

Ensure working hours comply with national and international laws, and that any overtime is voluntary, fairly compensated, and never imposed through pressure or coercion

Prohibit child labour and comply with minimum age requirements under national and international law

Additionally, Celltrion Canada adhere to the principles outlined in the group level policies – the Global Human Rights Policy and the Global Due Diligence Policy. In line with these policies, we systematically assess human rights, environmental, and business ethics risks within our value chain, identifying high-risk suppliers and prioritizing risks by severity and likelihood.

In accordance with our due diligence process, we require high – risk suppliers to implement appropriate preventive and corrective measures and regularly monitor their effectiveness to ensure compliance with our standards. We also communicate clear expectations for human rights management through our Supplier Code of Conduct, promoting accountability and responsible practices throughout the supply chain. These initiatives reflect our ongoing commitment to conducting business ethically, transparently, and sustainably.

To ensure transparency and accountability, we provide accessible grievance mechanisms through our Speak-Up Channel, enabling all internal and external stakeholders to confidentially report actual or potential human rights, environmental, or ethical concerns. All reports are handled through a fair and transparent remediation process in line with our Global Speak-Up Channel Policy, and reporters are protected from retaliation.

Celltrion Canada remains committed to continuously strengthening our human rights approach, regularly reviewing and updating this statement to align with international standards and evolving best practices. Through this commitment, we strive to conduct our business responsibly, ethically, and sustainably, ensuring the rights, dignity, and well-being of all employees, suppliers, consumers, and communities connected to our operations are respected and protected.
